Explanation: Last month, Roots drummer ?uestlove compared the NBC sitcom "Parks and Recreation" (starring Amy Poehler and Aziz Ansari) to the Wu-Tang Clan, going as far as giving every "Parks" cast member their own Wu counterpart.
Running with that concept, the folks at Funny or Die got RZA himself to star in a "Parks and Recreation" screen test-- narrated by ?uestlove-- and he nails it. Also: Elayne Boosler!
